Nuaire's Decent Homes brochure is aimed at local authorities, housing associations, ALMO’s, housebuilders, suppliers and others involved in the decent homes procurement process.

With such a broad range of readers this brochure has been designed to give an overview of the Decent Homes Standard and a ‘snapshot’ of our product range offering some suggestions and guidance to the various ventilation solutions available to meet the HHSRS standard.

There will be a Scottish version of the application brochure specifically targeting the requirements of the new Scottish Building Regulations and the Scottish Quality Housing Standard; this will be available early next month.
